Fresh Pumpkin Pie (9")

Made the way pumpkin pie should be: with real, fresh pumpkin, never canned. Roasted and puréed in our kitchen, it gives the filling a silky texture and a deeper, more natural flavour, warmly spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger and baked in a from-scratch crust that's all butter (made without lard).

Handmade in Waterloo. A centrepiece for the Thanksgiving table and a lovely finish to Christmas dinner. Order by October 4th for Thanksgiving weekend (October 10-12).
