Signature Frangipane Tart (5")

One of our signature desserts, a French classic with Caribbean roots: buttery almond frangipane layered with sweet mango, pineapple and strawberry in a delicate tart shell (made without lard). Inspired by home, from the frangipani blossoms to the almond trees lining Trinidad's beaches. The 5" is a beautiful individual dessert, and the 9" is made to share or gift.
